3. Purpose of the site and limits
This site presents AFBS’s association project, its research areas and its audit principles. It constitutes neither an offer of financial products, nor investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell crypto-assets. The information published is provided for information purposes and may change.
The audit missions presented will open after the declaration with the préfecture. No contractual relationship is formed by sending a message through this site.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the editorial content of this site (texts, diagrams, original illustrations) is published under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 licence. You may reuse it, including commercially, provided that you credit AFBS, indicate any changes and share any adaptations under the same licence.
The name “AFBS”, the logo, the distinctive signs and the brand graphics are not covered by this licence. Engagement reports, client data and internal documents remain confidential and protected.
Short quotations are permitted under the right of quotation. For any substantial reproduction, write to contact@frblockchain.icu.
5. Personal data
This site is designed to collect as little data as possible, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No form transmits data to a server: the forms open your email client with a pre-filled message, which you can review, amend or choose not to send.
The data controller is the AFBS founding group, acting on behalf of the association founded on 26 April 2026 and awaiting declaration; that responsibility will be transferred to the association on its declaration.
What data?
- The information you choose to send us by email (name, email address, organisation, content of the message).
- Any technical data contained in an email, such as the sending address and the date.
- The technical logs that the host may keep (IP address, date, requested URL) to ensure the security and availability of the site. Their retention period will be set with the host and stated on this page before the site goes live to the public.
Why, and on what basis?
- To respond to your request, arrange an exchange or prepare a membership: the association’s legitimate interest in handling an approach it receives. When you use a form, the consent checkbox confirms the use of the information for that purpose.
- To comply with our legal and accounting obligations, once the association is declared.
For how long?
Exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation of retention or an explicit agreement to continue the relationship (membership, partnership).
Who has access?
The authorised members of the founding group, and subsequently of the executive committee, within the limits of their duties. No data is sold, rented or transmitted for commercial purposes. The email provider used to receive emails may process data on behalf of the association; it is selected with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@frblockchain.icu, stating your request. A reply will be provided within one month, which may be extended where the request is complex.
If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no cookies, uses no tracker, no remote font, no third-party library and no audience measurement tool. The fonts used are those of your system. The site can be consulted without prior consent and without a banner, precisely because no advertising or analytical processing takes place.
Should a privacy-friendly measurement tool be added, this page would be updated before it is put into service and, where applicable, a consent mechanism would be provided.
7. Security and responsible disclosure
System security is central to AFBS’s purpose. If you identify a vulnerability on this site or in a system we operate, write to security@frblockchain.icu. Never attach a private key, a recovery phrase or signing data.
We apply a coordinated disclosure policy: acknowledgement of receipt, assessment, remediation period and agreed publication. The details are set out on the Responsible disclosure page. No financial reward is offered at this stage.
8. Accessibility
This site has been designed with keyboard navigation, high contrast, resizable text, explicit labels and respect for the system “reduce motion” setting. The forms use associated labels and status messages are announced.
We do not claim full compliance with RGAA or WCAG 2.2 AA: an independent check remains to be carried out. If you encounter an access difficulty, write to contact@frblockchain.icu, describing the page and the problem; we will do our best to offer an alternative.
9. Liability
The information on this site is provided in good faith, but without any guarantee of completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose. AFBS cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of this information, nor for damage resulting from the use of external links or third-party software.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Their content is not controlled by AFBS and their presence does not constitute approval.
10. Applicable law
This site and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and subject to the applicable rules of public policy, the competent courts will be those of the association’s registered office.
